As an Accredited Nordic Walking Instructor with WALX my aim is to help you to get the most from your walking by using the power of poles to propel you along I’ve met lots of great people with all kinds of reasons for wanting to participate in this fun and affordable form of exercise.

Nordic WALX -our classic Nordic walking adventure walk in a variety of locations .With The Power Of The Poles course delivering a comprehensive introduction to the basics to get you out Nordic Walking quickly and efficiently..
Total body WALX making the most of nature’s facilities in our outdoor gym to get your heart pumping and your fitness levels raised: a total body workout with poles where every step counts. Expect a fun session of cardiovascular challenge through hills and drills and some strength and conditioning to improve muscular endurance and strength.
Gentle Wellbeing WALX -a gentle return to better fitness and wellbeing. Expect some pole walking, some exercises to improve your mobility, balance and coordination and a bit of mindfulness.(You don’t have to complete a POP to join these )
Explorer WALX– this is where we get further to discover new places in North Bucks and South Northants with or without Nordic Poles.
There are sessions in and around Salcey Forest, Olney, Emberton, Weston Underwood and beyond.
